RxPx Accelerates Growth with Leadership Expansion as AI-Powered Patient Safety and Support Platform Demonstrates Significant Gains in Adherence and Speed to Therapy
Leadership expansion, strategic pharmaceutical partnerships and platform innovation position RxPx for the next phase of growth across Asia-Pacific.
SYDNEY, Australia — 19 August 2026 — RxPx today announced a series of strategic milestones supporting its continued growth across Asia-Pacific, including the promotion of Monisha Nair as Chief Commercial Officer, APAC. This expansion signals the growing need for compliant, innovative technology solutions that deliver faster, safer and more personalised support for complex, specialty therapies.
As the pharmaceutical industry rapidly adopts next-generation technology and AI that improves access to therapy and personalised support at scale, RxPx is increasingly in demand. The company, now 13 years old, is trusted in 100+ countries worldwide as a safety and regulatory grade system for patient safety, monitoring and adherence.
In her new role, Monisha will lead RxPx’s growth strategy across Asia-Pacific, overseeing commercial expansion, strategic partnerships and regional market development. Having successfully led the company’s Australia operations, her appointment reflects RxPx’s continued investment in its leadership position and recognition of Monisha’s subject matter expertise, deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and innovation mindset.
The announcement follows the recent appointment of Hazleena Hashim as Vice President, Pharma Partnerships APAC, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting pharmaceutical organisations across one of the world’s fastest-growing healthcare markets.
Together, these leadership appointments support the continued innovation of the RxPx platform as an AI-enabled connected, intelligent health ecosystem with proven results such as 96% adherence in clinical trial programs*, 13x faster time to therapy*, 1.2+ million labs monitored and approximately 100 programs delivered worldwide.
Lynda Brown-Ganzert, CEO, said these announcements align with the mission, vision and growth of the company.
“Healthcare is entering a new era where AI, connectivity and intelligent orchestration are transforming how pharmaceutical companies engage with patients and healthcare professionals. The combination of technology, AI and human navigation represents a powerful opportunity to truly improve the lives of patients and HCPs. Our mission of ‘No Patient Alone’ keeps patient centricity at the heart of all we do, while our proven track record in technology innovation is charting the path to what next-generation patient support looks like,” said Brown-Ganzert.
“APAC is a strategically important region for RxPx, and we’re continuing to invest in the leadership, partnerships and technology needed to support our customers as healthcare evolves. Monisha has been instrumental in building our presence across the region, developing trusted customer relationships and driving sustainable growth. Her appointment as Chief Commercial Officer recognises both her outstanding leadership and the opportunity ahead as we continue to scale our business across APAC.”
Commenting on her appointment, Monisha Nair, Chief Commercial Officer, APAC, said the region represented one of the most exciting opportunities for innovation in healthcare.
“Across APAC, pharmaceutical organisations are increasingly looking for partners that can help them deliver more connected, personalised and intelligent healthcare experiences. This is an exciting time for RxPx. Our expanding regional leadership team, growing pharmaceutical partnerships and evolving AI-enabled platform position us to help customers transform HCP and patient engagement at scale. I’m looking forward to leading our next phase of growth and working closely with our partners to shape the future of connected healthcare across the region,” said Monisha.
As demand for connected digital health solutions continues to accelerate, RxPx remains focused on delivering intelligent technologies that create measurable value for patients, healthcare professionals and life sciences organisations throughout Asia-Pacific and beyond.
