Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new partner relationships and cultivating strategic sales opportunities, proposals and sales. The ideal candidate will have an established network, domain expertise and a proven ability to identify, articulate and close medium to large enterprise SaaS sales.

We are looking to add an experienced Business Development Executive to join our amazing team and further our efforts in partnering with organizations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences segment. This is a North American role open to US and Canadian candidates.

THE ROLE

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new partner relationships and cultivating strategic sales opportunities, proposals and sales. The ideal candidate will have an established network, domain expertise and a proven ability to identify, articulate and close medium to large enterprise SaaS sales.

The successful candidate will have a client solution focused approach, has the capability to develop an understanding of the various client accounts and their business objectives, and has the tenacity to continually develop new partner relationships in Canada or the US.

The Business Development Executive will ideally possess more than 5+ years of sales, client success, business development or agency experience in roles working with the life sciences industry. The successful candidate will have a proven record of success solving client challenges, further building and nurturing existing accounts and exceeding sales quotas. Established relationships with product management, marketing, patient engagement or patient support programs roles within the life science industry is considered a major asset.
