The Role:
We’re looking for a Content & Design Specialist who blends quality assurance, presentation and slide deck writing and development, and sharp editorial skills. Create and refine wireframes and low-fidelity product flows in collaboration with product and design teams.
Develop, design, and polish presentation decks (for sales, partnerships, fundraising, and internal stakeholders).
Write and review copy for product screens, decks, and collateral with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and tone of voice.
Own the proofreading and QA process for all externally facing materials (grammar, consistency, compliance with brand guidelines).
Collaborate across product, marketing, and leadership to ensure storytelling is unified and effective.
Maintain templates, style guides, and messaging frameworks to improve consistency and speed.
Ensure absolute accuracy of wireframes and text to client brand standards and protocols.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in content design, UX writing, product marketing, or related hybrid role.
Strong portfolio showing wireframes, deck creation, and content/editorial work.
Exceptional written and verbal English; proven ability to adapt tone for different audiences (patients, providers, investors).
Proficiency with Figma (or similar wireframing tools), PowerPoint/Keynote, and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented with an editorial eye; experience in proofreading and QA.
Comfortable working in a startup environment: fast pace, lean team, and high impact.
Experience with medical regulatory requirements, pharmaceutical industry and MLR considered a significant asset.
