The Role:

As a Customer Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and growing trusted relationships with our partners. You will use your outstanding project management and communication skills to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers and uphold the benchmarks for best practice across the CSM team. You have a compassionate, creative approach to project management, and delight in delivering value and support that goes beyond expectations. As a valued team member,you enjoy owning your accounts and balance working independently with collaborating with a diverse team of sales members, developers, designers and management. You deliver consistent, high value experiences, while driving customers towards their strategic business goals and tracking KPIs, and have a wholehearted commitment to improving the lives of patients.

Your responsibilities will encompass strategic account management, customer relationship management, project management of customer deployments and regular communications activities. While your customers will be predominantly based in North America, you’ll work as a part of a global team with customers around the world.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management:

Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned customers, overseeing onboarding, training, retention, and satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning with customer objectives and company goals.

Develop project and communication plans that provide your teammates with visibility on requirements, expectations, timelines and deliverables
Directly impact important KPIs such as patient engagement, adherence, conversion and retention working in partnership with team members and your Manager.
Proactively reach out to customers on a regular basis to ensure they are receiving updates, value and partnerships from RxPx that lead to business growth and expansion.
Lead project and implementation efforts from start to finish, ensuring deliverables meetexpectations and best practices are followed.
Develop a deep understanding of the RxPx platform, how our technology supports different patient and HCP personas and be able to articulate the value available to our customers.
Identify, act upon, and convert expansion revenue opportunities in partnership with thebusiness development team.
Provide analysis on deployment success, and lead quarterly business reviews with your accounts.
Manage and resolve any customer conflicts working closely with your Manager.
Share feedback with the Product team to continually grow value to patients, doctors and customers.
Additional duties as required.

Other Responsibilities:

Develop and implement clear processes for ongoing client engagement, including reporting and review meetings.
Create and present customized reports based on client requirements.
Perform other duties as needed, including occasional travel.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
PMP certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
2+ years’ experience in delivering customer success and project management in the software/technology sector, with preference for past experience in digital health, health IT and/or pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Atlassian products (JIRA & Confluence), and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, comfort with complexity and ambiguity, and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including presentation and facilitation abilities.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with a focus on results.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Empathetic communicator with a supportive and engaging style.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment.
Knowledge of ISO and audit processes is preferred but not essential.
