The Role:
RxPx is seeking a Demand Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and market awareness for our digital health solutions within the life sciences industry.
This role will own end-to-end demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, paid acquisition, website conversion optimization, and marketing automation programs that generate qualified leads for the commercial team.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating across the full demand funnel — from awareness to sales-qualified opportunities.
This role is open to candidates in Canada.
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations
- Create campaigns to drive qualified pipeline for enterprise sales
- Define target audience segments (pharma brand teams, patient support program leaders, digital health teams)
Digital Campaigns & Paid Media
Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns including:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Retargeting campaigns
- Sponsored content
- Webinars and virtual events
Optimize campaigns to improve:
- Cost per lead
- Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)
- Pipeline contributions
Website & Conversion Optimization
Work directly within the website CMS to improve marketing performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and updating campaign landing pages
- Optimizing demo request flows
- Improving conversion rates
- Running A/B tests on messaging and CTAs
- Collaborating with product and content teams to improve messaging
Marketing Automation & Lead Nurture
- Manage nurture campaigns in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
- Build automated workflows that guide prospects through the buyer journey
- Implement lead scoring and lifecycle stages
Content-Driven Campaigns
Partner with content and product marketing to launch campaigns such as:
- Industry webinars
- Thought leadership reports
- Case studies
- Product launches
- Conference campaigns
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on marketing performance including:
- Campaign ROI
- Cost per lead
- Pipeline generated
- Conversion rates across the funnel
Use insights to continuously optimize marketing performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Sales & Business Development
- Product Marketing
- Customer Success
- Leadership
Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or life sciences marketing
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns
- Experience managing website (WordPress) CMS and landing pages
- Strong analytical and performance marketing skills
Experience with CRM (Hubspot) and marketing automation platforms
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing to pharmaceutical companies or healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy environments
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)

As the Demand Marketing Manager at RxPx, you would essentially own digital pipeline generation by running campaigns, managing paid ads, optimizing the website for conversion, and supporting the sales team with qualified leads.
